Voltei de novo a trazer Steven Kenny por causa da imaginação fabulosa que tem. Steven nasceu em 1962 em Peekskill, Nova Iorque. De 1980 a 1984 estudou em Rhode Island School of Design (BFA).

Só recentemente descobri Steven Kenny e desde logo gostei da simbiose que ele faz entre o homem e a natureza. Há um nítido paralelismo entre a sua pintura e os surrealistas. Em algumas das suas telas está patente a ligação aos pré-rafaelitas.

"I was born in Peekskill, New York in 1962. I spent most of my childhood exploring the nearby woods, and this early exposure to plants and animals figures dominantly in my paintings today. I combine the human figure with elements from nature to comment on our interactions with the environment, and also symbolically allude to the dynamics of human nature in general." Steven Kenny
